So I know it’s been awhile since I have wrote a blog so I will give some updates on things that happened in Costa Rica and also what is going on now. Today I am in DR and we are in all squad month, new leadership has been raised up, and the Lord has done a lot. So I want to talk about Costa Rica first.

Costa Rica was so amazing. The one word to describe my experience is fire. The word fire was spoken over us, confirmed to us by others, through visions, and through a random poster we found. It was such a sweet month. The first night we were able to worship. During worship the Holy Spirit just came and moved so powerfully. We started praying fire over one another. It was like an upper room experience Fire was just resting on each of us. After we had finished worshipping on the wooden floor was a circle burned into the wood. It was honestly really wild. It was right in the middle of the room where we were all praying. We asked the host if that was there before we came and he told us no. So it had to happen during that worship session. Circles represent a lot of things. But either way it was so incredible. Throughout the rest of the month we had a person that had a dream of flames that came to their house and she was talking about each of us. People had visions of swords and fire that was representing us. We found a poster in the room at the end of the month that said fresh fire with 6 flames on it which was the number of people on our team. Just so many things. It was such a remarkable month. We were at a farm in Costa Rica where we worked in the mornings doing various tasks. The tasks included things like welding, weed eating, construction, fencing, cleaning, and other various things. It was also our all guys month so that was really fun to be able to do the work we were doing with other guys. We had so much fun while working together and just being goofy while we were working. We were able to evangelize in the evenings after working all morning. So we were able to go to house pray for people and share the gospel. We witnessed people standing up that hasn’t stood for over 6 months. We seen people healed from sickness, set free from oppression, curses broken over houses and idols, and people accept Christ. It was so so amazing. For a few days we were able to go to the capital. There we were able to work with the House of Raw dance ministry. We went out and done evangelizing there as well. We were able to share the gospel, pray for people, and the most wild thing was taking part in a deliverance with somebody who was demon possessed. That was crazy but the month in all was just straight fire!

Then after all that we went back to San Jose the capital of Costa Rica for a mini debrief. There they raised up new leaders and picked new teams! The alumni Team Leaders left and very soon at the end of DR the alumni Squad leaders leave. Which this is sad but also this allows us to step up. The raised up Squad leaders are Josh and Madison. The raised up Team leaders are Kayla, Naomi, and I. My team is Cici, Ericka, Emily, Jamall, Zachary, and I. I am really excited to be able to step into this leadership role and see what the Lord has for me in it. The Lord has set me free from a lot of things, let me walk in the fire, and now he is healing past wounds things that have yet to be healed. He is working on me in such a profound way. He is so close and so good. I don’t know what all He has in store for me, but I do know I will have to completely depend on Him to be in this role. Being a leader isn’t something you do it’s who you are. I know that leading will come from a place of abiding without that I can do nothing.

From there we flew to Panama then we had a connecting flight to Dominican Republic where I am at today. Today is ATL day. I am in a nice coffee shop writing this blog with friends all around me. I got some chemex coffee and just couldn’t ask to be around any one else. Here we are getting to work with Mission of Hope. They came here in 2019 and are still establishing themselves with surrounding communities and churches. We are getting to take part in ministry with them. We are able to go into communities and build relationships with families and tell them about Mission of Hope all while sharing the love of Christ. It has been really sweet here as well. We are in our all squad month so we do ministry with the whole squad. We get to know each other better. We get to have squad worship and squad church. It is so awesome. Also, we are doing ministry in our new teams. I am really excited to see what the Lord does here. We are one week in and only a few to go. He always proves his faithfulness and goodness. The team the Lord has placed me with is going to bring growth and healing. The team speaks the truth, we are bold, we are unashamed, we are servants,  we are Wild and Free ( which is our team name). This team complements each other so well. The giftings and perspectives that are brought to the table in feedback and in ministry is so amazing. The Lord really knows what He is doing up there. I cannot wait to see what the Lord is going going to reveal and grow us all in.  It is so sweet to just be able to abide in His presence all the time and do it with a community of people who are all running after Him with everything completely abandoning all.

So that is all for now. I am doing so great. Some things are going to be hard. The healing that He is bringing is going to hurt but in the end I’m going to be somebody completely different. I am already so different but I will be unrecognizable by the end of this thing. It isn’t about anything I am doing it’s just me putting my trust in Him and He is showing up and showing out. I love you all thank you for the support, thank you for the prayers, thank you for the encouragement.
